Joe's Grand Vitara
West Valley, Utah
Joe and I bought our new Grand Vitara from Suzuki last year to replace the vehicle that we pull behind our motorhome. We took our first trip with it behind the motorhome a few weeks ago. We left Utah for San Diego with our Grand Vitara in tow; we arrived at our destination of Silver Strand State Beach. We had a great time on the beach and the Grand Vitara was able to "play" in the sand a little too, but don't tell the park rangers.
After a week, it was time for us to pack up and go home; the motorhome made it as far as Las Vegas, where it decided to remain. This is where the bragging starts.
The motorhome lost its transmission, we were able to limp to a camp ground, but it refused to move to our designated camp site. We attempted to get a tow truck, but were not successful. We were at a loss of what to do in trying to get the motorhome into our campsite so we could just go to bed. Joe had the bright idea that the Suzuki could just push the motorhome. I thought he was completely off his rocker; we are talking a very large 33' long motor home and he thinks the little Suzuki can push it???
Joe put the Suzuki into 4-wheel Low and left it on the tow bars, I climbed behind the wheel of the Suzuki while Joe got into the motorhome and steered. Our little "tow" vehicle pushed that big motor home all the way into the campground and into our campsite! Two days later when the tow truck finally arrived to tow us to the repair shop the tow truck was too big to get into the campground; to the sheer amazement of the tow truck driver, the Suzuki pushed the motor home back out of the campground and onto the road where it was finally loaded onto a semi truck flat bed.
Our Grand Vitara may be small but he is mighty!

Buy a Suzuki and get value, reliability, and luxury? That's what got our attention. The 2007 Grand Vitara really does have luxury and comfort. From the all-important heated leather seating to a one touch sun roof, in Colorado if you don't like the weather just wait a minute. How about that traction control during one of the harshest winter environments? Slick cold, snow packed and icy conditions can't stop the Grand Vitara. Did I mention a great sporty ride and good fuel economy? Oh yeah, it's all that.
Thanks Suzuki!

In 1998, as newly divorced mother of a 2 year old, I had to purchase a reliable vehicle for under $5000.00. I bought a 1994 Suzuki Sidekick. At a time when things in my life were chaotic, this vehicle was one thing that I could always rely upon. Living in the hills in the Northeast, we had to drive through many, many snow and ice storms and I never worried about the reliability and safety of the vehicle. I drove that Sidekick until 2007. During the time I owned the vehicle, I had total repair costs of less than $1500.00 for routine things such as brakes, battery, etc... It was not the most beautiful vehicle, but my family and friends definitely appreciated it when I had to pick them up because their Toyota, Oldsmobile, Ford vehicles had broken down. In January 2007, I was hit on the driver side by a large truck making an illegal turn. The impact was so hard, both windows blew into the car, the doors were crushed in and I had to climb out through the passenger side. The police were amazed that I had just minor cuts and bruises. When the tow truck driver came to get my car, he drove it onto the flat bed. The car started right up after being practically demolished! The Insurance Company gave me $2400.00 for the car. Almost ten years I drove that car every day (it had 185k miles on it) and I got almost half of my money back!! When it came time to replace the Sidekick, I knew that I had to have another Suzuki. I am now the proud leasee of a 2007 Suzuki Grand Vitara. It was difficult to find one in my price range, but I refused to look at any other vehicle. I know when I wake up every morning that I do not have to worry about having reliable and safe transportation.
I want to thank Suzuki for the peace of mind that comes from knowing that your hard earned money is well spent whether you are driving a 15 year old dented and dinged Sidekick or a beautiful brand new Grand Vitara. I am a Suzuki customer for life and take every opportunity to tell my story to anyone in the market for a vehicle.
Thank you,
Katrina D. Lesiak

Actually I like everything about my Grand Vitara. I don't regret purchasing this vehicle. It's small, yet roomy and perfect for me and my son. It's the second love of my life, with my son being my first love.

I love its reliability and rugged good looks that turn heads as I drive by. Having a nice car is important, but whenever I go down to my garage it's nice to know my Suzuki Grand Vitara always starts and is ready for action, wherever I decide to take it, no matter the weather. If it's possible to have a love affair with your car, I'm definitely loving mine!

I love my Grand Vitara! It drives and rides like my husband's Cadillac! Great on gas. Excellent in the snow. I had a Verona and traded it for my SUV. Hadn't planned on it! Went in to test drive the Grand Vitara (to get a free gas card) and drove out with a new SUV. I do the local commercial for Suzuki of Vernon (Conn.). I have referred friends, & they bought an LX7. I LOVE MY GRAND VITARA!!

My Grand Vitara X-Sport is a sweet ride. It is very comfortable, yet durable and versatile. I'm a programmer and systems administrator. I've put 12,000 miles on it in the six months I've owned it. It's perfect for my small family and my lifestyle. Before I bought my Vitara, I did a lot of research. I wanted a small SUV, and my search narrowed to the Nissan Xterra, Ford Escape, and the Suzuki Grand Vitara. As I read more about the Vitara, it was hard to believe I could get all the features in the X-Sport for the price. I had to take it for a test drive. Once I did, it sealed the deal, and I've never looked back. A perfect SUV.

My new 2006 Grand Vitara is now my 3rd Suzuki, and the 7th for my family. We love the value that we are getting in a great vehicle and engine without paying extra for it like some of the other foreign manufacturers. Suzuki builds a strong machine and one that is capable of both on and off road driving. I just like knowing that these vehicles are going to be with me for a long time to come. The build quality is high, and you are not paying for features or options that aren't needed and drive the price up. I always recommend Suzuki to friends and I love the redesigned new vehicles from ‘06/’07 that are being produced by Suzuki.

You won’t believe this, but I'm going to tell you anyway! I just bought the Grand Vitara 2WD from Courtesy Suzuki In Irwin, PA yesterday. The dealership is just awesome! I live about 65 miles from them, but it was every bit worth the trip. What a family-run business! I felt like part of the family. I wish that all my past car-buying experiences felt this comfortable. I never felt for one second that I was getting ripped off.
After we made the deal, we headed for home and it started to snow. Now mind you, we live almost 70 miles away from the dealership. The back roads became very icy, with cars everywhere hung up on the hills, but not me! I was afraid with the rear wheel drive that I would be done also! Yeah right! When the traction control had to kick in, I was gone. I had done what front wheel drive cars could not do. And this is not 4WD! This just happened last night, so I just got home from work and had to tell you people my true story. Thanks!

The best thing I like about my Luxurious Grand Vitara; is just that, all of the luxury you get for the price. I am getting spoiled by the fact that I don't have to use my key to do anything. The smartkey pass system is awesome, and I wouldn't trade my Grand Vitara for anything. This is the best automobile purchase I've ever made, and I'm glad that I chose the Grand Vitara. What an excellent vehicle! and a great price!

The car drives a feels like a $30,000+ car. It has options and on/off road capabilities that are right up there with anything that Nissan or Toyota offer, and for a much more reasonable price. It has a very smooth and quiet on road drive thanks to its independent suspension. Even though its on road manners have improved incredibly, it still maintains its off road capabilities. I've owned my Grand Vitara for about 4 months and I allready put 8000 miles on it taking all through the mountains of Colorado, Utah, and Wyoming. It has taken me to places that my previous vehicle never could. I love my New Grand Vitara

I purchased a Suzuki Grand Vitara, and made the best choice in vehicles in years! It handles like a a dream! It fits all my needs for my active lifestyle including camping trips with the boy scouts to weekend ventures to Cinncinati with my family. It is easy to handle on and off road, and easy to maneuver the back seats for whatever position I need them in. My dog even loves it because the back windows roll all the way down and she can smell the whole world instead of just half of it!
Thanks for creating a vehicle that works so well for me and my whole family!

I absolutely love my Suzuki Grand Vitara! I used to have a Suzuki Aerio, and I loved it, but it was small and I wanted something more powerful. One day we drove on the lot and saw the Grand Vitara and it just stood out to me. I love the way it looks! It is a classy SUV. The size is just absolutely perfect, not too big, not too small. It is so great to drive, It has power and it so much fun to drive. Everywhere I go people say what a cute SUV!

I have always loved trucks. From the moment I got my license I wanted a truck with a bench back seat for kids. I purchased a Dodge Dakota Quad Cab 2 years ago. LOVED IT. I saw the Grand Vitara and decided to get one because we got a chocolate lab puppy, that we needed to put somewhere and we couldn't put him in the bed of the truck. The Vitara seemed perfect. And let me say -- it is perfect. It is great with the kids, and awesome with the dog. As much as I loved my truck, I love my Grand Vitara more and wouldn't go back to the truck.

I have never been a "car nut", and at 57 years of age, I may have slightly become one. The Grand Vitara is just a fun auto to drive. I bought it because of the price, and because of the name, Suzuki, which conjours up thoughts of quality. From all I've heard of the Zukis, endurance stands out the most. The Vitara just feels good, and looks cute and rugged at the same time. Hopefully I won't be disappointed in the Vitara because at the present time I love it.

I love my new Grand Vitara. I've had it just over a month now and it's been the easiest car to learn. The air conditioning gets cold instantly and the climate control is great. It sure beats going back and forth on a knob between 1 and 2 wishing there was something in between because it was either too cold or too hot. I'm impressed with how it runs on gas. It's definitely not a gas guzzler like those large SUVs. I would definitely recommend Suzuki and this vehicle.

It's a solid performer! I had my last car for more than 13 years and 225K miles, and had every intention of purchasing the same brand. I had never sat in a Suzuki before, but found myself staring at the new Grand Vitara while waiting for another vehicle to be brought up for a final test drive. Out of curiosity, I opened the door...and the rest, as they say, is history. The first time I drove in a thunderstorm I knew I had made the right choice. 3 months and 3500 miles later, I am happy.

I am IN LOVE with my new Suzuki Grand Vitara Luxury 4x4! It is so aesthetically pleasing inside and out! It's quite peppy too! Oftentimes, I don't even realize how fast I'm going! It looks so much more expensive than it really is. I get looks wherever I go! I've never seen another Grand Vitara around town! I actually spent an hour in a grocery store parking lot parking next to various compact and mid-size SUVs, and they don't even compare to my beauty! I am absolutely in love with the great stereo system, the bright instrumental data, the bright headlights, the gorgeous dash, and especially SmartPass!! My Suzuki is my new baby. I put 150 miles on it the first day just showing it off around town! The drive home from Tennessee to Georgia was comfortable and pleasant with my awesome six in-dash CD changer and ice cold air and GREAT handling!! HomeLink, a sunroof, leather, fog lights, and the whole sha-bang for so little money!! Compared to many other compact SUVs, the Grand Vitara is where it's at! To load up a Toyota Rav4 or a Hyundai Tucson, etc. is far too pricey! The Honda CR-V is underpowered and not nearly as nice inside as my new love! Thank you so much, Suzuki!! You have greatly impressed me!

I love the styling, performance, ride, handling, room, gas mileage, interior, dash lighting, and seats. I love everything about it. The purchase process and staff at Wallace Imports are great. This is the second new Suzuki purchased from them. Our other car is a 2004 Verona which we love as well. Keep up the good work.

The night I went to David O'neal Suzuki in Raleigh, NC, I didn't go to actually buy a car. In fact, I thought it was impossible at this point in my life. The sales associates there were all so kind and did their absolute best to answer any questions or concerns I had. I test drove the Grand Vitara and was immediately in LOVE. I am a mother of three and didn't want to end up in a huge SUV or a dreaded minivan. I feel so good in my Grand Vitara. People stare and it feels so good! I know they're not staring because I'm in a junk mobile. It is sporty, yet practical for my needs. My children love it, my friends love it, and most importantly I LOVE IT!!! Thanks Suzuki! You definitely
have a returning customer!

I get lots of questions and compliments on its style. What is it? It's so cute and how much was it? When I tell them about it they are just as wowed as I am. I think this car is a keeper. It out handles my previous Chevrolet Blazer. The quality of this car really shows as everyone seems to be noticing it wherever I go. It has a lot of features for the price. What a value. Thank you Suzuki. Yes I love my Suzuki.

To say what I love I love most about my 2006 Suzuki Grand Vitara is very difficult. I could not be any happier with the purchase of my new car. It's funny how I ended up with a Suzuki. I had been shopping cars online and I did not look at a Suzuki, but the next day I received an email from Suzuki. I guess the computer tracks what you are looking at while online. My email was a test drive offer for the newly redesigned 2006 Suzuki Grand Vitara. For the test drive I would receive a $25 gas gift card. When I was going for the drive I did not intend to purchase the car. After I saw the car and drove it, I fell in love with the car, style and features.
I had no intentions of purchasing the car, figuring it was completely out of my budget. The salesman and I talked and discussed prices; I was shocked at the great value. The price offered was great. Out of all the cars I had been considering, Suzuki was not only my favorite, but the best value. My getting to see the Suzuki and drive it made the car buying process easy. I could not imagine anyone not enjoying that car. Suzuki is so great and I'm glad I kept an open mind and gave Suzuki a chance. I never would have imagined myself in a Suzuki, but I am glad I now drive one. Thanks Suzuki!!

I love the butt warmers (heated seats). They are the best! I love the color (racy red). Not many makers have red any more. I came out of a sports car, but the handling of this is superb. The music system is grand. It is just perfect for me! The dashboard is also very easy to read, and to top it off, the mileage is great. I love my red hot Suzuki!

I love the butt warmers (heated seats). They are the best! I love the color (racy red). Not many makers have red any more. I came out of a sports car, but the handling of this is superb. This is my second Suzuki and I cannot believe the difference on my new '06 model compared to the '04 I traded in. Suzuki has out done themselves with the "NEW" Grand Vitara. I leased it for 30 months and I am confident at the end of my lease that I will lease another. My Suzuki is very comfortable to drive and my kids say it is the most comfortable they have been in. With the great warranty to boot, where can you go wrong?
