NCDS utilizes local dispute resolution professionals who are experienced in arbitration. NCDS will appoint an independent neutral Arbitrator who will review the evidence presented, arrange for an inspection of the vehicle, if necessary, and render a fair and equitable decision. The Arbitrator is an independent neutral professional not an employee of NCDS or Suzuki.
